The whole process was smooth from start to finish and each individual I dealt with was highly professional, helpful and polite.
The VW Touareg far exceeded my expectations and was delivered much sooner than originally promised. They delivered when they said and used a professional driver to do so.
I won't hesitate to use them again and have already recommended them to several of my friends and business contacts.

I first dealt with Gateway2Lease 12 months ago to lease 2x Fiestas. The prices, service and after sales follow up were excellent at every stage. I'd highly recommend Gateway2Lease to my clients and friends. It can be a concern to try a new supplier, especially when you're dealing with a company you've never met face to face and are only sending emails or viewing a website. However once I started to deal with them I realised they were a very professional company. The vehicles arrived on time, delivered to separate home addresses. This was the first time I've taken a Private Hire, so I didn't really know what to expect ... However, I was very pleased with the service I received from Gateway2Lease. They kept me well informed with regular updates on the status of my order and when the vehicle was going to be delivered. They also followed up with a courtesy call later in the afternoon once the car had been delivered which is always a nice touch... The price was almost £50 per month cheaper than their competitors ... very happy with the car and the service. Hopefully see you again in three years.
