Gateway2Lease receives Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award 2024

On January 16, 2024, Gateway2Lease was honoured with the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award, an esteemed recognition of excellence given to businesses consistently delivering world-class customer experiences.

Feefo established the Trusted Service Awards in 2014 to acknowledge brands utilising their platform to gather verified reviews and receive exceptional feedback from customers. These awards stand out for their ability to truly reflect a business's commitment to exceptional customer service through the analysis of feedback from real clients.

With a reach of over 6,500 brands, Feefo stands as the world's largest provider of verified reviews, aiding businesses in understanding customer sentiments by analysing these reviews and providing invaluable insights into trends, needs, and habits.

Consumer confidence has seen a significant rise, now at its highest level since 2021, as living standards show signs of improvement. However, consumers continue to exercise caution with their spending. The businesses that shine brightest will be those that prioritise excellence in service and incorporate a robust customer advocacy strategy. This award celebrates brands that consistently exceed expectations.

Feefo has bestowed the Platinum Trusted Service Awards on businesses achieving Gold standard for three consecutive years. To qualify for a Gold Trusted Service Award, businesses must have amassed a minimum of 50 reviews with a Feefo service rating between 4.5 and 4.9 from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023.
