Jaguar has launched an updated I-PACE, now available with integrated Amazon Alexa connectivity.

Designed to offer greater focus for its drivers, Jaguar's addition of Alexa means they can control navigation, music, check calendars, listen to news and weather, and control smart home devices from behind the wheel using natural voice commands.

Integrated with the current I-PACE's Pivi Pro infotainment system, it is also available for existing customers with Touch Pro systems in the UK.

Away from the car, users can check on the I-PACE's range available, charging state, and security by asking the Jaguar Remote Skill for Alexa commands.

The update comes at the same time as a new Premium Black Pack has been introduced to the specification levels. Fitting the I-PACE with gloss black trim details, the pack also adds 22-inch alloys, rear spoiler, and air suspension.

The Jaguar I-PACE has a driving range of up to 292 miles on a charge and, with 400 hp, will complete the 0-60mph sprint in 4.5 seconds. Company car tax starts from just £262 a year.

The Jaguar I-PACE Premium Black Pack is available to order now, and drivers with compatible systems will receive a direct notification telling them when the over-the-air software update to add Amazon Alexa connectivity is available to download.
