Gateway2Lease strengthens procurement team as Matt Di Cello joins father Felice Di Cello

Published 6th January 2026

Car and van leasing broker Gateway2Lease has appointed Matt Di Cello to the role of Procurement Manager. Matt joins his father - Felice Di Cello, appointed Procurement Director in 2024 - at the Bromsgrove business, creating a formidable father/son procurement pairing.

The pair have 45 years’ combined experience in the automotive sector. Matt’s previous roles include Pricing Analyst and Account Manager at Leasing Options, and account management at Vanarama and then Autotrader Leasing (following its acquisition of Vanarama). He worked with his father at Vanarama and Autotrader Leasing.

Gateway2Lease is family-orientated as Managing Director Kelly Marshall founded the business with her father Alan Marshall in 2008, and since 2015 it has been co-owned by Kelly’s brother Rob Marshall, who is also Operations Director.

“Kelly and Rob understand that family members can work well together. I am excited by the opportunity to learn more from my Dad and it’s a great time to join Gateway2Lease,” Matt said.

“I love the fact that Gateway2Lease is a small to medium sized company that’s quick and nimble, and massively tech driven.”

Commenting on Matt’s appointment, Kelly said: “Matt has a proven track record and he will be a real asset to our procurement team. Initially, he will be drawing on his pricing experience but his role will become increasingly procurement based, with some technology elements, which we know he’s really passionate about. We’re looking forward to seeing him develop further under his father’s mentorship.”

Matt’s recruitment is the latest in a string of appointments for Gateway2Lease this year. It recently appointed Chris Mobley Head of Sales Operations, and Ashley Floyd to the new role of Financial Controller as the company prepares for substantial growth.
